In the fall, you can be a kid again; kick up the leaves, smell the air and carve a pumpkin. Take the Family out to the ranch, where orange orbs of all sizes rest in crates, on wagons and atop of hay bales. One of the largest pumpkin farms in Niagara, Warner’s Ranch and Pumpkin Farm, sits upon 200 acres of prime pumpkin patch, farmland and forest. Real working Belgian horses tend the land, and lend romanticism of farm life with hayrides through the fields.
There’s lots for kids and their parents to do; pick out a pumpkin, play on the playground, and for a pittance, have a pony ride, walk the corn maze, get your face painted, make crafts, or meet animal friends in the petting zoo. Year round the farm hosts birthday parties, egg hunts, haunted hay rides and winter sleigh rides with their beautiful Belgians.
