Two Sisters

Angela Marotta and Melissa Marotta-Paolicelli, the two sisters behind the name, created their premier winery to reflect themselves and their family.  This winery is a long-lasting legacy for their seven children (between them). The labels and the seven varietals of grapes reflect them.

Spectacular attention to detail and sumptuous, generous surroundings; stately pillars, high ceilings, reminiscent of Rome’s monuments.  Staff are warm and inviting, knowledgeable and eager to share their sommelier education.

Reds are estate grapes, grown on site, and the whites are from other vineyards. Cue the oldest chardonnay grapes in Ontario, from Daniel Lenko’s vineyard on the Bench.  From the soil up, it’s nature and the grapes that build the character of the wines that winemaker, Adam Pearce, NC grad, and Steve Roche, who manages the vineyards, are creating.

A meal at Kitchen 76 gives a picture perfect view of the vineyard.
