Treadwell: farm │to table│cuisine


Stunning and exceptional; an absolute gem of the Niagara farm-to-table, fine-dining culinary scene, every local gourmand knows and loves Treadwell Cuisine. Chef Stephen Treadwell, and his owner-partner/son, James Treadwell, Sommelier, have acquired accolades and rave reviews from; Forbes, Toronto Star, Toronto Life, enRoute, Wine Spectator, the list goes on, and with good reason.

The elegant menu evolves with the harvest and ingredients are sourced from local farmers including; Cumbrae Farms in Smithville, and ‘Mr. Storosko’ who grows raspberries and wild garlic in his backyard. The house made garganelli pasta with spring mushrooms and wild ramps, local guanciale, plated in a mushroom foam and finished with olive oil and coarse salt is exquisite in taste and presentation.  Treadwell’s wine program suitably complements each dish- and with varying price points for bottles, the menu cordially invites weeknight sipping in the laid back wine-bar.

Starters $14-18.  Mains $30-42.
