The food, along with being healthy, fresh, and local, is beautifully presented, each menu selection suggesting a local VQA to complement. Maple crusted rack of Ontario lamb is perfectly seasoned. The sweet potato and wild mushroom cannelloni is sprinkled with seasoned, crispy roasted black lentils and drizzled in a robust sauce of whole roasted cherry tomatoes and garlic.
The combination of pleasant, formal service, combined with great views and attention to every detail, creates a very special meal indeed.
