The Guilty Burger

Winston Easey is guilty of making “fresh, good, old-school burgers” in this new downtown St. Kitts favourite which brings hockey fans, students and families together over a Canadian culinary classic. Choices range from conventional to innovative and each start with a daily-ground brisket and a soft, locally-baked bun.

The namesake burger, inspired by Winston’s sister’s job at a law firm, will satisfy the traditionalists. But, for the adventurous, there’s options: with four cheeses, The Stinky is perfect for any confident curd nerd and Winston’s favourite, The Sloth Porker, gives the spice lovers a hit with jerk pulled-pork. The Hangover – a dressed up burger with PB&J and a fried egg – is popular during, or after, a late night out.

Burgers: $7-12 .
