Queenston Heights

Formerly catering to fine-diners, Chef Bill Greenan has relaxed the Queenston Heights flaunts sweeping views of the Niagara River and a local Ontario menu of gourmet comfort food that changes with the seasons; Niagara micro greens, lobster grilled cheese, Mumbai lamb burger, braised short ribs and roasted beet salad – paired with a local wine list that introduces the heavy-hitter wineries of Niagara.

The centrepiece of Queenston Heights (beyond the Brock Monument) is the heritage Niagara Parks building with soaring wall-to-wall windows overlooking the Niagara river- reserved now for parties and linen service. The tree-topped patio, however, is open all week, including Sunday Brunch, and is the place to refresh and refuel before an upcoming journey into Niagara Falls, or Niagara-on-the-Lake.
