There’s a party at Peller, every day, all day long. Crowds come in bus loads, or limos, as the case may be. People are laughing and talking, and lounging on the comfy couches, or playing the baby grand; Peller is a grand old time.
One of the founding fathers of the wine industry, (owner John Peller is Andrew Peller’s grandson, who started it all in 1969, well technically, 1927). Peller Estates is driven by a long-standing passion for making wine.
Book ahead for tours. The Greatest Winery tour offers a chance to check out their ice lounge, set at a constant 10 degrees below zero. The Big Cheese Theory, offered daily, lets you play with your food and eat it too; smoking cheese, infusing it, and Brulee.
Executive chef and TV personality, Jason Parsons, delivers on fine-dining innovation, taste, and presentation in the Barrel House Grill, but he can make a mean $10 Ribeye Burger on Wine Down Fridays too.
