The name may stem from a traditional building used to dry hops, but Oast House is now synonymous in Niagara with a red, rustic, barn-turned micro-brewery where “Village” folk, chefs, and creatives chill in the Hay Loft with a growler of Saison. Niagara Local Cian MacNeill is responsible for all this fun; brewing up Belgian ales that are satisfying the Niagara thirst for an honest pint.
Local foodie favourite El Gastronomo Vagabundo keeps the crowd satiated with legendary fish tacos before their Designer, (ahem, Insite), kicks cross the oak plank floors to savour another glass of Barn Raiser. The historic barn may have stoic vineyard views, but the spirited union of music, gourmet fare, and craft beer at Oast House is smoothly re-branding Niagara as a craft-beer destination.
