Managing partners Pooja Bakshi and Jeremy Choy, have created an authentic and contemporary Indian dining experience at Moksha. Appetizers like the Masala peanut shooters- shot glasses filled with a mix of roasted peanuts, onion, tomato, cucumber & green chilli in a lemon masala dressing- are fun and the flavours are bright. The stuffed naans are perfect; thin, crisp, buttery and savoury.
Don’t neglect the curries here. Each dish has a totally unique spice profile; the textures range from rich and saucy, to the intensely flavourful dry veggie curries like kalonji baingan or gobhi matar. High quality paneer and yogurt are made in house. Remember, with most good things, they take time, so bring some good dinner company.
