Juliet Orazetti and Martin Weber, both schooled in Austria in the highest standard of animal welfare, let their sheep roam certified organic pastures all day, and the pigs, who run wild in the forest, get Upper Canada Cheese whey and fruit for snacks.

A bit of a Backhouse obsession, rumor has it they were cut off from buying all the pigs.  Lamb and pork from Linc’s farm are free-range, GMO-free and chemical-free, purchased in whole and half, pigs can be purchased in quarters as well.  Orders (expect a waitlist) come custom-butchered, cut and wrapped (vacuum packing available).

Lamb, pork, honey, non-dyed wool, blankets and sheepskins can be purchased through Linc’s website, or you can visit them at the NOTL Supper Market. Specialty items are available at Southbrook Winery.

Farm tours are a great experience and can be booked by appointment only.  Read more about what to expect on a farm tour here.
