Chef Jan Campbell-Luxton, Stratford Chef School grad, owns and operates this signature Niagara bakery with a focus on locally sustainable, organic agriculture, even purchasing flour and vegetables from indie-farmers in the neighbourhood; as they should and as we like it.

They are made with sour-dough starters and long rise times, giving a delicious tender, chewy crust and soft interior that is full of flavour. The chocolate brownies are so moist and sweet they’ll remind you of your first kiss
