AG Inspired Cuisine

Set in the boutique Sterling Inn, AG is the chemical name for silver on the periodic table of elements.  This is a special place to celebrate a romantic evening out or a good financial quarter. AG inspires with sounds of classic jazz (Ella Fitzgerald) in a lounge-like space; with plush leather seating, private booths and small group dining rooms, framed by red curtains and dangling chandeliers.

Executive Chef Cory Linkson prepares contemporary regional cuisine influenced by classic French techniques.  The Field to Fork Menu highlights his relationships with local farmers, (cue Lakeland Meats), and AG’s own farm, that Chef Cory tends to and harvests from regularly.  The Sterling Silver Tenderloin of Beef is a perennial favorite, wrapped in an almond brie crust, lemon garlic greens, rhubarb and fois gras jus.

Impeccable service, delivered with polite nods and formality, offers an education to the menu’s philosophy and local VQA pairings. Live Music Friday and Saturdays.

Mains $27 – 48

This restaurant is accessible and those with wheels will enjoy the VIP backstage pass through the accessible kitchen entrance.

Thank you AG for the professional photos.
